What is earth angel seed?
Earth Angel Seed was founded in 2023 by a parent of an autistic child who was frustrated by the lack of employment opportunities available to his child. Since then, our company has placed many autistic adults into jobs in the United States, and we are confident that we can continue to make a significant impact on the lives of autistic individuals and their families.
Your donations will be used to support the following initiatives.
- Expand our job services to reach more autistic adults
- Develop new training programs to help autistic adults develop the skills they need to be successful in the workforce
- Conduct outreach and marketing efforts to educate entrepreneurs and employers about the benefits of hiring autistic employees
We believe that all autistic adults deserve the opportunity to work and contribute to their communities. With your help, we can continue to make a difference in the lives of autistic individuals and their families.
Did you know?
According to the Autism Society of America, there are over 3.5 million autistic adults in the United States. Of these, only about 20% are employed full-time. The unemployment rate among autistic adults is significantly higher than the national average.
There are a number of reasons why autistic adults have difficulty finding employment. These include:
- Lack of awareness: Many employers are not aware of the skills and abilities of autistic adults.
- Prejudice: Some employers may have negative stereotypes about autistic people.
- Communication challenges: Autistic people may have difficulty communicating with employers in traditional job interviews.

The Challenge
Earth Angel Seed will address these challenges by providing the following services:
- Job placement: We will work with autistic adults to identify their skills and interests, and then we will connect them with employers who are looking for qualified employees.
- Training: We will provide training to autistic adults on a variety of topics, including job interview skills, resume writing, and workplace etiquette.
- Outreach: We will work with employers to educate them about the benefits of hiring autistic employees.
